Performance Lecture at Dutch Art Institute (link) in presence of two guests responses, Jeff Guess and Otobang Nkanga.

I was reading out a text and meanwhile the images were projected, stretching from my childhood, dressed up in stereotypical costumes as a little Native Black fellow or in a German ‘Dirndl’ and other going-native-experiences to the Czech Republic, Brazil or the Netherlands…It is a personal account about questions of belonging, the myths of identity stereotypes and maskerades.
A kind of confession.
